This episode always saddens me, I liked Martouf. The actor played the character well and I found him interesting. I would have liked to see a relationship develop between him and Sam. If they had then later they could have killed him for much greater effect. Oh well.

2022-06-07 23:42:39 +0000 UTCThe actor from the last episode (the Goa'uld that pretended to be a Tok'ra) that you recognized was also in Smallville. He was the reason Lucy first appeared on the show. He was a loan shark or something. O'niell has a lot more self-control than I do. That's all I'll say about that... I have no clue why they decided to kill off Martouf. It was a decision by the writers that had nothing to do with giving more screentime to Anise / Freya. The actor says he was sad when he found out. He actually stayed pretty active at Stargate conventions after leaving the show.
