Don’t be afraid of using harsh light

I usually rely on soft, even light but sometimes using harsh light can truly make a portrait stand out. I had the pleasure of shooting with talented model and life coach Nikole Mitchell Sunday in Los Angeles and there will be plenty more portraits to share from this great shoot.
