2019-02-12 21:03:52 +0000 UTCThis is the point where I'd hope Ruth cuts Billie loose. Billie needs help, but she has to recognize that first. She doesn't seem very eager to, and trying to help people who don't necessarily want to be helped is a good way to get yourself dragged down.
