Emily 0.13, 4 repeat events + 1 new event!

Hello everyone,

Here is Emily 0.13 with a fairly large step forward. This version now includes repeat events that you can access by talking to Emily. Ask her if she wants to do something, and she may just want that.

Now, 5 events at once is a lot, I don't consider them to be at quality yet, but I'm trying to add enough content so that we get a feel of what Emily is aiming at.

The new event is a mommy event, it will also move forward the part 2 with the flat. During the next versions, I'll "rush" the flat part to introduce it as a playable area, so that we can start having all the game features.
Then I'll go back to the corridor, as the "big rewrite" is still pending, where all events will become aware of what has already happened and will be customized based on the player run.

I also improved some things for Emily body & face, and tweaked some animations that were a bit low on quality, notably the "sleeve" and "the foot massage" animations.
