Emily 0.14 - Flat introduction

It's been some work, but there is now a first version of Emily with the flat area!
Changelog:
New event in the corridor (to introduce the flat)
4 new flat events (one being a repeat of another)
There will probably be some weird bugs at first, it's a fairly large change regarding the game system, since it was not possible to have two fully playable areas before.
For the next version, I'll keep preparing more content for the flat to make it a lively area, add new chastity content and start the cuckolding path.
