Tier 2 Poll: Interactive Sex - How would you like to interact?

I wanted to try and get your perspective or take on how the sex scenes should be interactive, (think mini game involved) - For example:
1. Having to press a particular button/key quickly to build up a meter to cum
2. Quick time presses - think sequence of keys/buttons and making sure you dont miss.
3. Rhythm based clicking - pressing a key in time, and the scene will speed up until climax
4. Incorporate all - depending on the position - change the mini game
