Things Every Man Should Know:
1. Foreplay isn’t optional—it’s the main event. Women take longer to become fully aroused, so slow down and enjoy the build-up.
2. The clitoris is the MVP. It has 10,000 nerve endings (double the number in the penis). Yet, too many men still ignore it. Don’t be that guy.

This misconception brought up a lot of shame and guilt for me and wasn't sure if I should share it here. But a very wise woman once said to me, "Shame thrives in secrecy, but healing happens in safe spaces where we can process, learn, and grow." My biggest misconception was at 9yrs. Old, I remember my mom & dad behind closed doors as my mom was yelling at my dad to stop and then my dad walked out partially erect going to the bathroom while she lay crying on the bed. Not sure what I thought at that time but a day later the little red head girl across the street came over. We talked a little and she started teasing me, just then I thought this is what girls want to be over powered by boys. So I pinned her to the ground with my body and with her arms stretched out over her head, I was smiling until I looked into her eyes and saw her fear. In that moment I yelled I'm sorry, I'm sorry and ran to the house thinking I will never treat a girl like that again, I will protected them starting with my mom. I took a few beatings from my dad but my fear of him would never compare to the fear I had looking into that beautiful little red heads eyes that one summer day. Happy International Women’s Day!
