Replay’s up! We dive into delayed ejaculation—what causes it, what helps, and why it’s more common than you think.

In this livestream, we wrap up the final chapter from The Guide to Getting It On—all about delayed ejaculation and the challenges that come with it. We dive into practical tips, the emotional side of things, and what might be going on under the hood (so to speak). Whether you read the chapter or not, there’s something in here for anyone curious about this topic.

Replay’s ready when you are! 😉

Hey Robert! As always, I appreciate you sharing your experiences with us. Yeah, unfortunately, misinformed mainstream messaging creates these implicit rules and expectations around sex for all genders. (sigh).

I have a friend who had delayed e Jack issues. I know he has elevated liver enzymes from years of heavy meds. He thinks meds is some part and some part gets lack of interest even though I know he’s saying he’s not always I even though he’s a stud. Anyways only few times I couldn’t ejaculate was from either whisky Dick being to drink to cum or under the influence of something else. Years ago I met someone on either Craigslist or Plenty of Fish. I went over to her house (she was older and recently ended a long term relationship) I spent the night but self medicated on street drugs before going to her house. The next morning she was upset and confused and thought she had something wrong with her that I didn’t cum. I’m like no no no honey no believe me it’s nothing you did etc. yeah that was hard on her. That was worst than finishing too early! That’s my point.

Dr. Susie, I have a question not related to delayed ejaculation. i have a very hyperactve cremaster muscle that causes scrotum/testicular retraction that is very uncomfortable (not painful) and the scrotum stays retracted like 80% of the time. Does pelvic floor therapy help with this condition>
