I actually did a 1 hour virtual class after the new year with my former Thai Chi instructor. She has a whole community of the healing arts. I found Sharon on an interesting Journey. My former Acupuncturist recommended this book by Mantak Chi “The Multi-Orgasmic man”. In the back of the book it says you will find the instructor the instructor doesn’t find you. I went to several meditation seminars in person for the “Microcosmic orbit, 6 healing sounds and inner smile. Anyways they teach this in Qigong I believe. It helped after overindulging from holiday food etc. I get a difference.

sorry I'm having internet connection issues. it was hard to see the pubic bone on the model with her stomach being so flat and hip bones high when pressing down on it. Don't get me wrong the model was great and I love hip bones, I just couldn't see where you started at the pubic bone. Tell the model great job she kept right up with what you were explaining. I still cant replay the video it was good
