Yesss I've been kinda thinking I'd either stick a bunch of these pinups in at the end of the comic when it's printed and made into a PDF! @Xero the ads for vintage sex toys could be a comic unto themselves 😂 I love that idea.

I’m a sucker for anything with a vintage/historical feel. @WK - If you ever come out with a print of your Gibson Girls comics with a couple bonus pages for vintage toys or featuring some of your other Gibson and/or vintage style sketches, and you styled it like an old timey magazine, I would totally buy it. Ludicrous shipping to my country included, it’ll totally be worth it.

2022-03-21 15:40:18 +0000 UTCA little bit of additional weathering/antiquing, print it on an off-white paper with some tooth n texture, and that would make an amazing limited print run or something otherwise collectible.. It also gives me the thought of those old catalogue illustrations - imagine a zine masquerading as a vintage sex toy catalogue! So much fun to play with. The sort of alternate-timeline feel seeing you so faithfully revivify older illustration styles creates is truly satisfying.
