PATCH 10.18 SOLOQ SUPPORT TIER LIST
Same as last patch but some things has changed:
Guardian has been nerfed so consider going aery in games where guardian isnt needed ( still go guardian vs all in lanes as lulu etc )
Rumble support could be good vs melee supports ( not on the tier list )
Shen support...

Caitlyn up a tier as i dont feel good putting her in same tier as things like veigar and kaisa.
Twitch up a tier.
Kogmaw nerf doesnt matter.
MF buffs not enough but champ is fine.

Patch 10.18 Jungle SoloQ tierlist
Same as last patch.
Sett lost some power
Im not gonna make any changes to the tierlist but i will tell you that Sett jungle lost alot of power and Xin Zhao might replace sett a little bit as they do similar things and xin got a small buff.

I missjudged Akali and camille, especially camille she should be S tier.
Sett buffs are nice but doesnt change his matchups, hard matchups still and lack of sustain hurts him, but if you do get ahead now you snowball alot harder so its still a buff.

patch 10.16b TOP SoloQ Tierlist
Sett down a tier, quite some hard matchups but still very reliable kit. What is good about sett is that he doesnt use mana and even when behind he is useful, not alot of bruisers are useful whilst being behind.
Shen S+, champion just isnt balanced in soloq nor pro play.
Aatrox buffs...
