I missjudged Akali and camille, especially camille she should be S tier.
Sett buffs are nice but doesnt change his matchups, hard matchups still and lack of sustain hurts him, but if you do get ahead now you snowball alot harder so its still a buff.
Rumble up a tier, bad matchups are still the same but you can cheese way easier and get shove faster which is nice, you have to overextend still which is an issue in alot of matchups.
Kayle buffs arent enough to make her not just a counterpick, the E costing 0 mana is nice and the missile speed is good.
Remember that based on ur elo and skill on certain champs it can go up or down a tier.
^ For example if you are a tryndamere OTP this champ is s+, but if youre a casual trynda player he will be S. In high elo gangplank will be a bit better and in lower elo he is A+.
Green= easy | Blue = medium | Red = Hard
