Miss fortune up because samira will be seen less and the new E max Comet build is rlly strong, Manamune did get changed now tho ( muramana no longer works on MF E) which is a slight nerf but doesnt do too much since u didnt have muramana during laning phase adn thats when E is strong.
Ezreal WR took a hit after the manamune change, still good but for sure a nerf.
Kaisa stronger because of samira and jhin nerf.
Seraphine as a mage APC bot is rlly strong now with mandate changes and her buff is nice too, also counters being nerfed helps her aswell.
Ashe S+, her laning is still insane.
Galeforce + crit buffs + nerfs to jhin samira brings some familiar faces onto the list ( cait, xayah )
Lucian added, strong with Kraken slayer and ER/Navori
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
