Maokai hard nerfed in so many ways this patch.
Alistar still op
Soraka buffs are ok
Added Tahm since senna is starting to be played again
Senna added, quite strong
Shurelyas change might be nice for morgana etc.

Some champs likes the sunfire changes, for example shen, sion can like the tenacity, but ornn doesnt rlly like it.
I dont think the tank changes will do too much, hard to say atm.
Akali down a tier, pretty big nerfs and ravenous hunter nerf too.

Zoe gets a huge nerf IMO with the W change, but shes still not as bad as A+ champs.
Seraphine is up a tier due to akali nerfs.

Galeforce nerf hurts Caitlyn more than the buff she actually got this patch so i remove her from list, bad champ.
Kaisa moved to S+, Her items are great , nerf to galeforce allows her for more windows to catch her opponents, alot of meta supports fits her well ( leona, alistar, naut)

Leona still op, alistar up because meta fits him and he is a good answer to every melee almost.
Gragas support is quite strong atm
Lucidity boots buff helps alot of champs like Karma, Gragas.

Malphite nerfs are decent, this champ will still be good at what he does and should still be picked in games where he is good, just a little less power.
Gnar is now finally a champion again.
