Not many changes for ADC this patch but here is some:
Overheal is rlly OP on champs that rush lifesteal now, So like Onhit varus, Vayne for example.
Engage supports being buffed and seeing more play means champs like Samira Draven Kaisa will be better, but still conditional champ...
