Health regen on support items going up and mana regen going down on spellthief hurts combos like Cait Lux etc.
Rakan is very good right now, which makes xayah even better
Mana regen on spelltheif being nerfed helps xayah too, so she is up a tier since people are less likely to play "cringe" botlanes.
MF up a tier, with xayah being so popular it makes her better, combo supports like rakan leona etc being played more helps MF too, bloodthirster buff and overheal buff makes BT rush MF a thing again.

2023-03-02 02:26:08 +0000 UTCBT into kraken into IE, you dont want navori on MF cus u buy ie/navori on 3rd whilst having bloodthirster and kraken so having more AD and more damage on crits helps your lifesteal and IE on 3 is alot better than IE on 2 cus likeliness of critting.

2023-03-01 17:08:37 +0000 UTCYuumi gutted, bad lanes for soloq since her advantage in lane is push with zap and Q spam but not actually fighting or diving or poking underturret unlike caitlyn, you are basically just hoping for good support champ with you and getting to scale up, which is fine but every adc scales, caitlyn scales aslong as you are slightly winning.
