Kindred nerf is pretty big in high level play, but in soloq especially low elo soloq it wont matter too much, matchups like rengar lee graves kha is harder, still a very good champion tho

I dont think GP moves up a tier because of this buffs, takes 2 long for it to matter.
gragas gets hit hard in matchups like Gnar, Jayce, Kennen. In melee matchups, not as much. In general i dont think tank tops are 2 op in soloQ so ill keep gragas in S+ because his melee matchups didnt cha...
