I dont think GP moves up a tier because of this buffs, takes 2 long for it to matter.

gragas gets hit hard in matchups like Gnar, Jayce, Kennen. In melee matchups, not as much. In general i dont think tank tops are 2 op in soloQ so ill keep gragas in S+ because his melee matchups didnt change much.

Nasus buffs are quite good for his sidelaning especially having perma ulti, up a tier.

Rumble ult CD nerf doesnt matter much for top, and the other changes except W change in some cases is very good for him, up a tier.

statikk lb and kennen S+, kennen should go AP vs some matchups like range tops or irelia . vs tanks, renekton etc you can go statikk.

Trynda is a bit weaker due to galeforce nerfs, but not enough to move him down, hes not in greatest shape atm tho but a fine pick i think.

Quinn is better now that statikk is a great item on her, giving her lots of tempo on sidelane and more move timers.

Malphite and Ornn moved up a tier and shen maokai down, with GP being stronger ornn gets better as hes one of the few tanks that can actually do something vs gp ( sion too ) and malphite does well vs 80% of the top 10 most played toplaners. With this being said tho, be careful about rumble matchup if u are playing malphite. The changes to adc meta helps malphite and ornn more too because nerfs to lucian, zeri means theres less mobility in botlane and more aphelios xayah etc which ornn malphite is very good against for most part.

Yone up a tier, his tank build of botrk hullbreaker iceborn etc is really disgusting i think.
