Okay everyone, here’s a treat just for patrons bolt tier and up! I’m offering this YCH for a flat $50 (significantly cheaper than my usual $65-80 icons)! It’s a redraw of the piece on the top (2015) in an updated and comic-book style icon. Any species/gender is fine :)
Just to show a little bit of how I shaded my last piece. This is just a general usage and varies because it’s all very subjective. I’m not going for very complicated lighting since this is just a standalone piece rather than a full-blown illustration with a clear light source.

What are tangents and how to avoid them!
Spacing, adjusting your alignment, and resizing objects all help in ways of avoiding tangents. Check your composition if you're having trouble figuring out where things should go!
