QUICK TIPS #14: Painterly effect in 2 steps

This method works very well when paired with other quick tips! Make sure you're using the layer blending tools (multiply, screen, overlay, etc)—it will help you out a lot. If you're confused by this, let me know and I'll make a note to go over it in a later quicktip.
