On Cassandra Moore and the veteran Rangers

My initial plan was to have Cassandra Moore arrive at the camp with the Veteran Rangers when she first appears, watch the situation, and then call them in when the battle is lost, but I think that would require them to have already been organized into units during the first major attack.
