Mini half tone / Texture tutorial

I just realized that I do a lot of texturing using SAI 2.0 I do this a lot to make that comic-like texture with dots called half-tone, there's a loooooot of ways to do that but I'll teach you how to do it on SAI 2.0.

When I save the file as a PSD the texture automatically raste...
