Mini half tone / Texture tutorial

I just realized that I do a lot of texturing using SAI 2.0 I do this a lot to make that comic-like texture with dots called half-tone, there's a loooooot of ways to do that but I'll teach you how to do it on SAI 2.0.
When I save the file as a PSD the texture automatically rasterize and you can't see what I did there so that's why I'm doing this small tutorial. Is really easy.
First of all download the file, that folder called "papertex" you gotta put it and overwrite it in your SAI instalation folder, that's where the paper textures needed are.
