New Material Incoming + Billing Resumes Sept 21

Barring any unforeseen catastrophes, a new small set will go up on the drive on Sept 21. Billing will resume then and memberships will reopen as well (links too, don't worry.) Additional sketches, WIPs and various doodles will also go on the drive for T2 and T3, after which updates (should) start...
