The mucus is an effective restraint, it sticks to anything it touches and is pretty difficult to remove. Kim is aware, and doesn't dare touch anything with her slimed hand. Better take care of the hornet first, cleanup comes later.

Kim made her way to the general area the buggers were last spotted. She parked her car well away, so they don't get spooked by the engine noise, and continues on foot.
Only one bugger was spotted, so this should be a quick and easy one. Still, she packed plenty of ammo, you never know....<...
