I think I can safely say that my makeup test for Jester was a success! I learned a lot about how NOT to use water-based face paints, and I have a list of things I want to improve for my next attempt. Overall, though, I'm surprised by how well it turned out for my first attempt at face paint!

Here's the first photo of my Neopets "Grey Faerie" cosplay!
This is one of the photos we shot on the black backdrop. We experimented with a few different colored gels for the Grey Faerie, but ultimately found that it looked best without gels, to really make the wig and wings glow.
