Blender Add-on: Numpad period key frame all / selected

Adds the ability for the Numpad period "." key to frame selected when an objected is selected, when nothing is selected it will Frame All.

Works in Object and Edit mode.

Why was this made: There were a few requests on RCS and Facebook, the main concern or issue rather was the Numpad ....
