Coloring Pages on Hiatus
Added 2022-04-29 18:12:13 +0000 UTCAs much as I've enjoyed making and seeing people use the monthly coloring pages, as of now they will be going on hiatus.
There are a few reasons why, mostly that I'm rather burnt out on them at this point. It's become an obligation, one that I feel like I'm sacrificing other work to publish. Time spent on the coloring page is time that could be better spent on content I feel more people would enjoy, or content that would assist me financially or emotionally (like doing an extra commission, a YCH, or a personal picture).
This is not saying I'm stopping them forever, just that I am no longer committing to monthly uploads. When I get the drive to do one, I'll do it, and post it here as usual. It's just not going to be an every month kind of thing anymore.
The coloring page benefit will continue to be listed as a tier reward (I've updated the wording to make it clear these are no longer monthly) and there will not be any sort of pricing changes or replacement for no longer receiving monthly pages. I feel that the early access to Patreon related commissions and personal work is enough to justify the $5 tier by itself, and that coloring pages were not the main reason people subscribed to that tier to begin with.
