It's amazing to see John Noble at work. This episode we get a helpless Walter breaking down in the middle of the store, being a mess at home. Then you get the Walternate scene, one line mind you, and you instantly feel how threatening, powerful and imposing he is.

2018-12-25 14:20:20 +0000 UTCYea I remember watching live and being disappointed they would do a filler right before the finale, even though they had some character development with both Peter and Walter. But that last scene makes damn well sure you come back for the finale.

2018-12-24 14:43:31 +0000 UTC"Delicious Strawwwwberry flavored death!" Gets me every time. For such an average episode, that last minute is fantastic. I think it works so well for this reason. They tried to make us think this is just more of a throwaway episode. And then they pull the rug out. I remember watching it for the first time and I had jumped out of my chair when Walternet entered. And now begins what is in my opinion, one of my most favorite sci-fi story arcs of any show.
