Capsule Pod - Chapter 1 & 2

I like the direction idea that I have in my head and I think you all will too, but writing this has felt a bet clunky and slow, with me erasing and rewriting quite a lot. I think later on it could become quite exciting, not sure. Perhaps I'm wasting my time on this one? If I told you which sci fi movie inspired this the most, it would be too much of a spoiler.

And we're off! Wow what a backstory, and great worldbuilding. I love the 70s/early 80s acid sci fi vibe! I was assuming with your inaugural science fiction effort you might go more "soft" sci fi like a Michael Crichton story, i.e. a fantastical element added to a more grounded or realistic setting, but this is so much better. So trippy and fun. Almost a Logan's Run vibe. I'll admit I had Daft Punk's TRON Legacy soundtrack going while I was reading it haha.
