The game only includes one weight gain stage, means if you reach a certain weight your character will change its appearance. When you gained/lost weight you can go to the town and buy yourself a new set of clothes. In the finished game this will be required, but for now clothes are just cosmetic.
Notice: the game has not been tested on losing weight or gaining more than one weight gain stage, but it should work just fine since I inserted some protection that the appearance of the character does not change (otherwise the game will search for an image of the player of the size but will not find one since there isn't one).
