The blue-haired one is Neptune. Then red hair is Mars, and the one with animal ears is Maple.
Yes, Maple is small. Also, Neptune and Mars have permanent bored/resting facial expressions as they don't know how to convey emotion in a human body. Also because they used Diana as the basis for their genetic code and, therefore, inherited her facial structure.
