Pierce County Unidentified Remains
Added 2021-04-28 17:51:13 +0000 UTCI found a couple of interesting Tacoma News Tribune articles about the skeletons recovered from Pierce County.
The one found in 1978 which I referenced in the Manson article still hasn't been identified, but it wasn't Manson, nor Rita Jolly judging by the clothes found at the scene.

Since both skeletons have been destroyed, they probably never will be.

The colors of the found shirt didn't seem to match the colors of the shirt Manson was last seen wearing. All the evidence being lost sadly happens a lot more often than is justifiable....

2021-05-03 21:16:59 +0000 UTCFor the '76 case, again it would be the clothes (she was listed as wearing "fragments of clothing to include greenish-blue jacket, denim (levi-type)cloth pants red or rust color" which don't match Manson OR Jolly), the estimated time from death to when the remains were recovered (estimated 4 months), and the height ('76 Jane Doe was thought to be 5'6, Manson was only 5'0).

2021-05-03 21:12:16 +0000 UTCOk, you think the 78 remains are not Bundy related because of the clothes. Anything about the 76 remains which make it more or less likely to be Bundy related ? And in the event it were Bundy related you think it would be either Manson/Jolly ? But there is a head so that eliminates Manson if Ted was truthful. Plus he said he buried her at Taylor. The Manson case all f*cked up. He pulls the fireplace story out of nowhere when he was otherwise holding back the gruesome details looking for a stay of execution.

2021-04-28 20:17:05 +0000 UTCI’m wondering if maybe it could’ve been her shirt after all, although her mother said it wasn’t .... still makes me think it could be a possibility since the only dental record they didn’t rule out was Donnas. Also, all the evidence being lost? Seems sketchy to me ..
