BONUS REWARD - Happy May the 4th!

And now for something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT as a little BONUS REWARD! Taking just a wee break from posting my usual HOT STUDS with large appendages, I want to wish you all a very happy MAY THE 4th DAY!
To celebrate, I drew PRINCESS LEIA ORGANA in her beautiful Cloud City / Bespin gown look. I've always LOVED her like this.
I had two major heroines as a kid. STORM of the X-Men and, PRINCESS LEIA. Both of these incredible characters mean the world to me. I don't draw women often anymore, but I always find a way to get around to drawing both of my favorite heroines at least once a year. It's very zen and almost therapeutic. And as you all know, I really needed that last month!
I have so much love for Leia and I was truly heartbroken when Carrie Fisher passed away. I like to think this is a little homage to her and I just wanted to celebrate all that she means to me and thank her for bringing this strong, fierce, beautiful character to life so perfectly!
Anyhow, don't worry -- I'm not suddenly getting in the habit of posting women art! LOL! But I figured, we're so many of us comic book, science fiction, pop culture geeks here... If anyone can appreciate this piece as much as I loved to draw it, it's you guys!
In any case, more studs are coming up shortly... in the meantime, enjoy your May the 4th, my friends... and this plucky, kick-ass Princess 'o mine!
