Ok so this took about 4 hours in total. The end video is about 26 Minutes.
The reason it took so long is this is the first time doing a speed video recording and there were many times I had to stop recording, figure out what my next steps were, make sure that I knew where I was going in the next part, sometimes I actually did the next part, Didn't save it, redid the work over again while recording again.
One spot where I actually had to do the work and then go back and do the work again to record it were the nodes for making the cotton fabric. I wasn't 100% sure how I was going to make the pattern work properly. I finally figured it out and recorded it.
One other spot I re-recorded again was the part where I connected the nodes to convert the colors to black and white and plugged them into the bump map. I wanted it to auto generate the Bump Map based on what I painted, saving me time manually painting the bump map. I then used that same method to easily generate the specular/roughness map for different parts.
I also created an auto generate AO map near the middle of the map, and adjusted the nodes to give more shade, lastly I plugged the bump map into the AO map to give realistic look to the fabric in the end.
I plan on doing this for each clothing I make if people really like it!
