End-of-Month Update

Hey everyone! I hope your April has been a decent one. As some of you may know mine has been pretty darn busy, which is pretty much typical for me every year, especially thanks to taxes and birthdays (including my own). Right now I feel like I owe you a status update for my current projects, especially considering things are a bit weird right now as far as the patron benefits are concerned. So please give me a moment of your time!

To start with, I've decided to delay working on the next comic page until next week, the first week of May. While I decided to step away from the monthly pin-ups to focus on two comics a month instead, I admittedly did not choose the most ideal month to make the change, and between commissions and my non-artistic obligations I've found it immensely difficult to focus on the comic. Considering this last week of April is also a full one between my birthday yesterday and getting my second Covid vaccine tomorrow (and anticipating dealing with the worst of the aftereffects), I feel it best that I not try to put too many expectations on myself this week. So for the remainder of the week I'll be focusing on reward drawings for my top-tier patrons instead.

That said, I've decided that once I can finish my remaining couple of commissions I'll be taking a month off from doing them, choosing to focus on getting back up to speed with the comic and the Patreon page in general (and hopefully some more personal work for my portfolio as well). I've also mentioned doing patron-exclusive streams to give everyone something in lieu of the monthly pin-up polls, and I'm going to do my very best to start doing those next month as well.

I feel bad for having only the one comic page and WIPs to offer this month, especially for the generous support you all give me - and I hope everyone can understand the less flexible spot I've been in this month with everything going on. Like I said there should be more time for me to return to business as usual next week, so I truly appreciate your patience with me and your continued support going forward.
