I know I sound like a broken records, often after I post about coming to a a convention I get a lot of questions, "would I come to XYZ con". Question is YES! But 90% of the time, me getting to go to a con is dependent on the convention and you!
Best thing to do is for you and whoever you can get to reach out to the convention on social media and/or email and request me as a guest. The reason for this is, conventions want to know people want to have me out. As many of you know its very expensive to go to conventions. For that reason I only do a handful of cons out of pocket most of the time its impossible or $$$ for me to get a table. Being a guest allows me the opportunity to help offset the cost of me going and also help get the word out I'll be there, also means I have to take time off my non Cosplay Day job :P. When a convention brings me in I am there to W-O-R-K (at least a 12+ hour day). I'm there for the con and for you! I am at my table all day (often not getting food) unless I have a panel, so I don't miss anyone who found a moment to come by and I also try to be in costume every day.
To sum that ALL up.. Yes I would love to come to a con near you, but its a lot of moving parts, and even if all those parts come together, sometimes its just knowing the right people.
So I am always grateful to conventions and YOU. For giving me the opportunity to get to experience the geek community, in person, around the world. Even if I cant make it to a convention near you I will continue to share my work with you here
