Garrett has sex with other guys like him, because that's what his audience wants for their money. That doesn't even mean that's his preferred type of guys sexually or romantically. Also at this point I know too many people who are like "i can't have sex with someone if I don't love them" and then change their partners every month or two. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but that's not love. Also if you mistake sexual attraction for love there's a huge chance that your relationship with that person can go south and become very toxic if you don't realise it fast enough and don't let go.
