State of launch

Hey everyone!

Okay, so I know you're expecting the State of the Towers address... but because of some things we want to tell you that should be in there, I've been asked to hold it back for a bit. Rest assured, we should be getting it out to you by the end of the month at the very latest.

But, I promised you a second mail this week, and by golly you'll get something :-D

Those of you who tuned in to watch RQGG last month may remember a small announcement that Mike and I made.

Well, thanks to all of the amazing support you've given us on here and as part of our fantastic community, we're stoked to say that we're now able to branch out into more video content, starting with streaming! So, on Saturday 25th January at 3pm GMT, Mike and I are launching this brand new project - RQ Streams on www.twitch.tv/rusty_quill.

Tune in as we kick off a weekly, gaming livestream show where the two of us start our mission to introduce new players to the world of gaming through a variety of indie, retro and AAA titles and genres, so we can show you some of the how & where to start on new voyages of discovery. And expect guest appearances from other members of the RQ crew & friends too!

Expect variety streaming as we play games both familiar and new to us, as we explore starting experiences and first impressions. And even if you're well-versed in these games, feel free to stop by, offer us pointers and chat along with new friends. Plus we'll be experimenting with the format to try out new things you might like to see, testing what works and what doesn't. There’ll be fun, fervour and, no doubt, fails a-plenty to come!
