No direction? It's worrying that Jon doesn't seem to know that The Dark still needs stopping. I guess he just assumed it wasn't a problem, being a few years old but...well, best for everyone if the Archive crew gets on The People Church's tail pronto.

1°) Slaughter statement are always so interesting in the way that... you feel the build-up, you know that something will get bad (or worse) soon, but you don't know exactly the when and how until the butchery happens (and so creatively). 2°) Gertrude was a delight, as usual, but c-calm down on the bombs/explosives... (And also, RUDE RUDE RUDE for why she was keeping Gerry around ;; And the fact that in the end, we got... Beholding-touched Tim instead.) 3°) Confirmation about Eric Delano aaaaaah!! ... What Was Wrong With Him, though, for. for going after MARY KEAY of all people. All Archives staff have horrible taste, confirmed. 4°) I'll be snickering for days over the fact that Polite British Boy Jon didn't even try to break into Elias's office to get a hand on the tapes before Daisy revealed that she had broken its door already - that, and over the possibility that Elias just watched everything from prison and that Peter was in the room, invisible, while Jon was trying to be sneaky. (But MMM, we know that Elias had a safe, even Melanie mentioned having to face a few locked drawers, and the tapes&files were now just conveniently out and ready to be taken? MMM...) 5°) Maybe The True Archives Drama was Daisy making Jon listen to The Archers all along (she must have had a lot of episodes to catch on <3); but now that Jon is jinxing it with his "it feels nice to hate something that can't hurt me", I'm wholy expecting one of the staff involved in the series to turn out to be Dark-aligned and to go after him. 6°) YESSS for a new Watcher's Crown mention /o/ ... Although panicking a bit (hopefully for nothing.) that Jon didn't specify that he wanted to prevent/stop it. He just ranted about needing information but. What for, Jon. Please, SPECIFY, Jon.

Ah Gertrude. More Gertrude!!! Not that I don’t love statements Jon and the others read but there’s an eye shaped part of my heart solely dedicated to our Murder Grandma.

“It feels nice to hate something that can’t hurt me” is absolutely a feeling I’ve had, and hearing it spoken like that...is super uncomfortable and I kind of love it.

Wow! This episode was amazing~ Gertrude statements are always so eerie and this one made my hair stand up. I love her laugh at the end when she said the Slaughter must have been upset
