Another week rises on a busy Rusty Towers, as we get ready for the returns of both the Rusty Quill Gaming Podcast and the second half of Season 4 for The Magnus Archives in the coming weeks.
Thanks to everyone who submitted an entry for Rusty Fears 2: Fear More... We received a grand total of 67 entries on the theme of Urban Legends. Our judging panel of myself, Alex and Jonny have worked through them to determine a winner and some runner-up honourable mentions. There were some very interesting takes on the theme, and we look forward to showcasing a winning story on 13th June (day before for early access). Stay tuned to our social media later this week for when we announce the winner.
Reminder that for Rusty Nobles this Thursday, 6th June at 9.30pm BST, we will be doing an Discord Live AMA with Bryn Monroe (Hamid Saleh Haroun al-Tahan / Brian Finlinson) in the #podium channel. Since Bryn wasn't able to be at the #RQGaming S3 Q&A session, he will be around to answer your questions on Hamid's perspective, as well as all manner of things, RQ or otherwise. If you want to tune in please make sure your Discord and Patreon accounts have been properly linked.
Speaking of the Discord server, next Monday (10th June 2019) marks the 1 year anniversary of the official Rusty Quill Discord! Hard to believe that it has come so far, so quickly, with a thriving community of fans and friends from all over the world coming together for convivial conversations and wholesome weirdness :-) It is also, the 4th anniversary of #RQGaming & the emergence of Rusty Quill onto the podcasting scene. We will be having some kind of server celebration on the day, so be sure to drop by if you can!
