aww, Jon. I'd let you take my statement XD You just need to find some willing victims. Ethically sourced fear lmao

I was trying to explain the Magnus Archives to someone today, and I realized that something I absolutely love about this podcast is how it explores the thin line between fear and (religious?) ecstasy. I mean, I love the bonechilling episodes that explore, say, an intense fear of spiders, but I really, really love the ones that dig deep (heh) into why people serve these fears. Thank you RQ!

Helen is REALLY coming into her own! And this was a beautiful illustration of a fear that previously, I never understood the attraction to for its disciples/avatars, etc. Absolutely chilling.

MKCR

As usual, I am incredibly worried and sad now. Thank you.

This was delicious. I am partial to Jon & Helen interacting, and this tidbit did not disappoint. Also really enjoyed another historical story... This ep hit a lot of my buttons, for which pleasure many thanks.

Someone please for the love of god give Jonny the award he deserves for how intelligent and nuanced the choice narrative has been this season. Please.

Not going to spoil it for anyone, but that statement was absolutely chilling. Also, the conversation at the end was magnificent. Awesome work guys...
