Added 2023-09-20 11:47:08 +0000 UTCThe Republic of Artsakh in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan has accepted unconditional surrender, with a ceasefire to take hold at 13:00 hours local time (which is almost now).
The agreement requires the withdrawal of Armenian army units and Karabakh fighters to surrender all weapons. Armenia insists they have no military units in Azerbaijan. All parties and the Russian Foreign Ministry have confirmed that an agreement has been reached.
