ABOUT PAYMENTS - IMPORTANT UPDATE

There has been a recent problem regarding Patreon, where creators such as myself have been impacted by issues regarding payment from supporters. Some people may try to subscribe but are refused and unable to do so. This is a problem that Patreon is currently investigating and trying to resolve.
For those who are already subscribed the previous month and may be impacted by this month's subscription. You may need to do the same steps in order to prevent you from losing access to contents.
I have received instructions to send to supporters who have found that their payment have been refused and cannot find another way to access to my content.
If any of you have found that your payment have been denied, declined or refused please try these following steps :
- Contact your card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card.
- If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. Supporters can edit their payments in their Settings, under Billing History (in the attached image) :
I currently do not have any solutions other than waiting for Patreon to work this out.
