First of all apologies for the slightly delayed update, with the midweek release of the devbuild I kinda lost track of my posting schedule and straight up forgot about the weekend update >.<
That said, last week my plan was to finish up Eva, make a devbuild, and start working on bugfixes. As you know Eva has been completed and the devbuild is out. Furthermore I have gone through a couple of bug reports and fixed up a bunch of stuff, I won't bother listing them all in this update but for those interested the full list of fixed bugs will be included in the V0.3.0 changelog when the public build goes out later this week~
I've also done some tweaking with the save system and added the option to load from the main menu as well and the ability to go back to the main menu without having to restart the game (a long time from now I expect the main menu will be the place to go in order to view the gallery). Lastly I expanded the right click function of items - it is now possible to place furniture, as well as unequipping clothes and furniture by right clicking on them.
This week I will continue to monitor for bugs and fix those when they come up - other than that I will take some time to relax a little and maybe tinker a bit with the Episode 1 update mentioned in a previous weekend update - the next thing on the agenda for Episode 2 is to start work on the second planet, and that's not something I want to actually put into the game until after the release of the public build since "the end of planet 1" is a natural cutoff point for a demo, it would feel weird to have one finished planet and like two events on a second one and then nothing xP
I'd also like to inform you all that the speed with which I am able to get art has declined a little as of late - so far I have been using all the money from patreon plus a bunch of my own to commission art with, I have recently started taking driving lesions however so at least for a while I will no longer be able to put much of my own money into the project. As the patreon keeps growing however I will over time be able to get art faster, and when I get my license I will once again be able to spend some money of my own to help speed things up. Hopefully it shouldn't be too long~
This week's image is part of the "give the pawnshop manager a bjowjob" event of the main quest, those who have played the latest build may have already seen it as the full version is already in the game. The image was drawn by KonekoDawn~
Until next time, have a good one~
