Episode 2 Weekend Update

Last week my plan was to do some testing with the relationship system and find a solution to the fact that a lot of people have been missing out on the later parts of the relationship characters, as well as adding some new equipment to the game, adding more consequences for stealing from the CCC factory, and doing some writing for the main storyline.

As a fix to the relationship system I went with the easy fix and removed the option of asking the characters out on a date from the point in which it becomes necessary to let them as you instead, simply talking to them several times will eventually progress the storyline.

The new equipment has been added and can be bought from the factory showroom, and the penalties for stealing have been finalized. This proved to be a bit of a challenge to set up correctly however due to some bad decisions I had made earlier in the programming, so instead of writing for the main story I went back and revised parts of the code to make everything work as intended. With the time I had left after that I opted to go back and set up something I skipped earlier while working on Eva's storyline, namely that your underwear actually gets destroyed during one of the sex scenes - as a catch in case you then find yourself unable to leave the ship due to not owning underwear I also added the option to make yourself some emergency clothing that will let you leave the ship and buy yourself some new underwear.

This week I'll be adding the last few interactions to the CCC factory that will let you work at the factory even after your debt for stealing from it has been cleared, and picking up the slack from last week and writing some main storyline stuff.
