Leading up to the incident with the noise with the gear case and the EVP about your gear, you were talking about how learning information from them and who they are will help you to identify and help them. Then you asked if they're still willing to communicate. I think that noise was not only your answer to whether they're willing to communicate, I think they were trying to tell you that you might have another piece of gear that would help them communicate with you better; maybe something like a rem pod. I know, I wasn't there. And I know there's a lot of footage we don't see. But I recall you doing a Q&A in that same area and they had no trouble speaking up with yes/no responses using the rem pod. Maybe they're having trouble using the frequencies of the spirit box and recorders and were trying to get you to pull out a different piece of gear they know you have.
