I absolutely love listening to you describe the scent and watching the creation as you post here about it. As I'm catching up almost two years after the original post I find myself cruising online to find it, because it sounds awesome. I've also got a thing for various scents. My wife thinks I'm a bit obsessed actually. I have dozens of perfumes, body sprays, incense, candles, and oils simply because find a scent relaxing, stimulating, intriguing, and more. Sometimes I'll pick up a scent just because it sparks a certain feeling that I want to dive into headfirst.
As a writer, sometimes a scent can inspire or trigger an entire scene or storyline in a book that would otherwise have never become so clear in my mind. I even sometimes define my characters by their scent. lol
Now you've got me rolling and I'm going to have to buy some Superstition No. 13. And, yes, I do wear men's scents as often as women's scents simply because I like them and I don't think a scent should be limited by something as shallow as gender.
