The countdown clock to her firing is officially ticking. Meanwhile, over on "Southern Charm: New Orleans," we meet Reagan's new boyfriend, and he is... nice? We'll let you be the judge of that. JUST KIDDING. We'll pass tons of judgment on him and their suspicious relationship.

HOWEVER, such speech is inappropriate and ILLEGAL in many countries in the workplace. Considering the REALITY of that, I think that I did this woman a favor in offering that valuable if unsolicited advice. If you watched the episode, the guests also “loved” boxed tacos that are sold for $1.49 for a pack of 10. I think these guests were very polite and grateful people. If you find commentary on the sexual reproductive organs of your meal and the thought of your server “in the bathroom” seconds before you eat the meal placed in front of you, then, I guess you are just a more evolved life form than I am. Alesha’s commentary on the job, in most places, would be worthy of termination. Truth. I was lighthearted when saying it in my last comment. Aesha being bubbly and smiling through her words doesn’t make the content of her speech in the workplace any less aggressive than if she pulled someone WHO WORKS WITH HER OR IS HER CUSTOMER, into a corner and said it quietly. Her gender, age, and disposition is of no matter. She, also, made such commentary in front of her Captain, who did not seem to appreciate it. I don’t know if this behavior is being put on for attention or if this is who Aesha is but subjecting others to sexually explicit language when they are trying to earn a living is bordering on harassment even if the person doesn’t mean it that way or is just trying to be endearing. THAT’S real life. Maybe I shouldn’t have called Mila “a Mongolian throwaway”. That was offensive. And petty. Low. Racist. But Mina’s brand of commentary sows seeds of ignorance that has lead to discrimination, violence, and death. Forgive me for not “going high” in this case.

Ovaries are a reproductive organ but I wouldn’t call talking about the ovary of a flower as being “sexually free”. They learned something? Also the Mongolian throwaway comment tainted everything I read- maybe you didn’t mean it in the way I interpreted it. G’day!

I don’t even know, whatever Aesha calls what she says and thinks is...I’m happy for. Go you!!! BUT, NOT IN THE WORKPLACE! And, for the love of Captain Lee, My Sienna, and Kate Chastain, NOT IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS! If my server, in any establishment much less on a yacht in the south of France, referred to strawberry seeds as “fruit ovaries” and spoke about “Googling in the bathroom”, I’d not eat what they served and ask them to remove themselves from my presence! No one wants to deal with that at work and it is not cute, young lady! I’m sorry that your social education has failed you thus far but if NO ONE ELSE tells you, I’m here to say it: keep that shit out of the workplace! Not appropriate, invasive, unacceptable. First, in all fairness, I am a frizzy haired woman so (as much as I’d like to be petty), I cannot disparage this person based on her frizz. My conscience won’t allow it. Also, I believe that everyone has a right to their opinion even if they are an ignorant, boorish, bottom feeder whose apparent lack of professional competence is trumped only by their inability to navigate professional relationships with other women, thus forcing them into the bowels of the boat to appeal to the deprived libidos of young, immature, and weak willed men.
