It is a LONG story but the short version is that our hotel was double booked so they cancelled it AFTER we arrived there at 10pm and from there we would book a hotel and minutes later we were sent a cancellation/refund because it was also over booked. This went on and on until finally we were relegated to a hotel 30 minutes away from the convention paying $250 per night for a 2.5 star hotel that had multiple bugs in the room and filthy carpet 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Because of the convention every hotel price has been grossly inflated. Some hotels costing $5,000 per night!
So we were back to just a few hours of sleep last night.
Welcome Tuesday (normally Diamond Tuesday was in place of Fun Friday- today and Diamond Tuesday was moved to Wednesday-usually our day off).
